Once we have your membership number we can apply for prior approval on your behalf and claim agreed fees directly from Southern Cross under the terms of your policy.

Personal Injury Cover
The cost of your initial ACC consultation will be covered providing you have an accepted claim number and a letter of referral from your GP or other medical specialist. After a surgeon has consulted with you they may complete an assessment and treatment report (ARTP) for consideration of future surgery to be covered by ACC.
